Exciting additions will feature in this year's Western Group day for PRs

It’s coming.

The Western Group plans for this year’s annual PR Driving Day are falling into place.

It will be on 2 June based at Castle Combe as usual and will include a strong element of experience and learning built into the 2015 day.

The group has listened to comments about previous driving days and essentially the familiar format will continue but with some exciting additions, about which we will be giving more information over the next few months.

WGMW chairman John Kendall said, “The Western Group Driving Day is the highlight of the year for many PRs and the group really enjoys making it possible for them to attend and enjoy it.

“We have kept to the same simple formula for over two decades but always look at making it different each year and 2015 will be instructional and enjoyable as ever.”

He added, “Because of clashes with other events in previous years we have missed seeing a few of our friends and colleagues but we hope the new earlier date in June will be more convenient for them.

“It succeeds because of the support it gets from our friends in the industry so we want to ensure PR managers and press fleet controllers blank off 2 June and think about who will be attending and what vehicles they will be allocating.”

Once again, Alyson Marlow will be co-ordinating the administration of the WGMW Driving Day 2015 and she can answer any enquiries in more detail.
